Salary: Commission-based £60K + Potential Earnings Per Annum (To be discussed at interview stage)

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and driven Project Manager to join our team at Brookfield Renewable Energies Ltd, specializing in solar panel installations and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about renewable energy but also has a strong background in sales and customer service.   • – Actively going out to see customers / leads to promote and sell solar panel installations.
  • – Generate accurate quotes for clients based on our price lists and assess their energy needs to provide the best solutions.
  • – Upsell additional services and products to maximize customer satisfaction and business profitability.
  • – Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to completion, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout.
  • – Work closely with the office staff and technical team to ensure installations are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction.
  • – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the solar industry and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.



  • – Self-employed, highly motivated, and driven by commission-based earnings.
  • – Full driving license and own vehicle to commute to office and appointments
  • – Proven success in a sales role, preferably within the renewable energies sector or a related field.
  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • – Ability to generate quotes and understand technical aspects of solar panel installations.
  • – Strong organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt to business needs and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • – Must be willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
